This week, we’ll start with the basics: how to attach a NeeBooFit Resistance Pull-Up Band to a Pull-Up Bar.

Instructions:

  • Loop the band around the bar.
  • Pull it through itself.
  • Push the band together and untwist any kinks.

Tip: Be sure to use the correct resistance band for your weight and ability level.
